Create an event on Raceduck and add all the documents required for participation (such as regulations, consents, permits, and declarations). You can also define additional fields that will facilitate organization.
Take care of promoting the event and keep track of changes via the panel: new participants, new contributions, new news.
If the organizer's regulations allow for withdrawal, the participant can also do it independently.
Remember to communicate with the participants. With our tool, you can send important information and organizational changes without having to use email and maintain a contact database.
